These terms
These terms apply to the Verdius website at verdius.ai and the Verdius app at app.verdius.ai (together, "Verdius"), provided by Verdius Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). By using Verdius you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Verdius.
If you use Verdius on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for that company and confirm you are allowed to. If your company has a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from this page.
Accounts
Access to the app is by invitation. Keep the details on your account accurate and your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Account owners and admins can invite and remove teammates, and are responsible for who they give access to.
If you think someone has used your account without permission, tell us at contact@verdius.ai straight away.
Connecting ad platforms
When you connect an ad platform, you authorize Verdius to read data from the ad accounts you choose to share, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have permission to share those ad accounts.
Verdius only reads from your ad platforms. It does not run, create or change your ads. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms. You can disconnect a platform at any time in Settings.
Your data
You own the data you and your ad platforms provide to Verdius. You allow us to use it only to provide, secure and support Verdius for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Forecasts and your decisions
Verdius forecasts when demand for your products is likely to rise and ranks those windows against each other. Forecasts are estimates. You decide whether, when and how to advertise and how much to spend, and you are responsible for those decisions. We do not promise any particular result, return or level of performance.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with or overload Verdius, scrape it, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, share your access outside your company, or use Verdius for anything unlawful.
Fees
If your plan has fees, they are set out in your order or invoice. Fees are due as stated there.
Our content
Verdius, including its software, text, design and artwork, belongs to Verdius or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you the right to use it as described here, and no other rights. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
Verdius and the Verdius logo are our marks. Other names and logos in Verdius, including those of ad platforms, belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those owners endorse or work with Verdius.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Verdius at any time. To close your company's account, write to contact@verdius.ai. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect Verdius or other customers, or if the law requires it. When an account closes, we delete its data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Verdius is under active development. We may add, change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something your company relies on.

Where we link to another site we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.
No warranty
Verdius, including its forecasts, is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that Verdius will be uninterrupted, error free, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Verdius is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, ad spend or data, arising from your use of Verdius. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Verdius after a change means you accept the updated terms.
